American themed restaurant, Eds easy diner Norwich

Updated: Jan 31

For mine and toms anniversary we wanted to try somewhere new to eat out. We stumbled across eds easy diner at the top of chapelfield mall in Norwich. I am so glad we did because it was fantastic. We would definitely visit again. The food was amazing, very fresh, hot and the sizes where huge. I ordered the coney island hot dog. Foot long Pork hot dog. Topped with beef chilli, cheese sauce, jalapenos and chilli seasoning. With lattice fries for £8.49 it was so big I ended up sharing my fries with my 2 year old because I couldn't get through it all by myself. We decided to share a milkshake. We went for the mud pie Nutella shake. Topped with Oreo cookie, chocolate brownie, Oreo crumb, chocolate sauce and squirty cream. This milkshake was so incredible I would go all the way back to Norwich to have it again. It was a sharing milkshake but I definitely think I drank most of it to myself!

The childrens meals are a good size for smaller children. Teddy age 2 got the macaroni cheese and it was plenty for him. My 8 year old definitely would have still been hungry after. This was £5.99 but did also come with a side and a drink. They had plenty of high chairs which were all clean, which is always nice. If you do visit be sure to download the eds diner app as they have a loyalty scheme.. Omit I enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back, the only downside are the staff can be quite slow. I had to ask for a drinks refill more than once as they kept forgetting to do it. But I do understand they had quite a few other tables. Its a 9/10 from us, Great food, Polite staff and I always love a loyalty scheme.
